half of shipment lost for over 2 weeks with postage company. A big customs charge slapped on when arrived. arrived damaged. been back and forth for well over 30 days for a resolution - the supplier and Ali baba customer service is poor - it takes days of not weeks for updates. All I was successful for was a refund of 1/4 of the products worth, minus the customs bill and this has been ongoing since September. Dissapointed and learnt the hard way - will not use this website again.

Not all goods shipped to the UK have this experience. We have regular customers in the UK, their orders are going well without any problems. Your case is just an exception.
The description is not accurate. The freight company did not lose your goods. It's the two packages were delivered ten days apart. If you are dissatisfied with the shipping time, you can make a complain to your local UPS.
The trade terms in the order clearly state that it is DAP, and the buyer is responsible for customs clearance.
