A big customs charge slapped on when arrived. arrived damaged. been back and forth for well over 30 days for a resolution - the supplier and Ali baba customer service is poor - it takes days of not weeks for updates. All I was successful for was a refund of 1/4 of the products worth, minus the customs bill and this has been ongoing since September. Dissapointed and learnt the hard way - will not use this website again.
